Exactly what I expected

This purse is exactly what I expected. I love it!!! It comes with a strap that any other designer would charge you for. I am in love! This was a perfect buy!

Was happy with my first order (2 for the price of 1) - delivered no issues. Quality great.
Second order did not arrive - though tracking said they had tried to deliver and was returned to company. I was expecting issues - however the compnay responded immediately, they followed up, and immediately had a replacement sent to me. They checked in with me during the process - I was very impressed - 10/10 for cusomer service. Received the bag today.

Beautifully designed

The Vienna handbag caught my interest the first time I saw it, and I decided to order during the BOGO sale. I am thoroughly impressed with the design and quality of this purse. The green leather is soft and the color is rich. The structure is good and the hardware seems to be good quality as well. The strap is easy to adjust. The stitching is even and the magnetic closure is strong when closed but easy to open and access the inside when I need to. There is a key strap inside, and it even came with a matching zippered card/coin pouch!

I own a good amount of handbags, everything from Dooney & Bourke, Coach, and Brahmin to luxury pieces including Givenchy, Prada, and LV. This is honestly one of my favorite bags in my collection - the design really is thoughtful and elegant, the size is perfect for necessities, and the quality seems excellent especially for the price point.
